We've used Garnett for about 4 years. They replaced our AC unit and have our HVAC service contract. They are competitively priced, arrive on time, explain what they're doing and found. They never leave a mess behind. The service contract is NOT a sales ploy, but a real inspection of my HVAC. Garnett sends me reminders to schedule my inspections... couldn't be happier with the service provided.
